Developland has long focused its efforts on emerging regeneration areas to create high quality commercial and residential schemes that meet the needs of the local community. Our directors spotted the potential of Hackney and the East End corridor long before these areas became sought-after property investment hotspots. Following the successful conversion and demand for workspace at Stamford Works, in the uber-trendy Dalston, we have been keen to find new opportunities in the surrounding area.
We are excited to introduce the latest addition to our portfolio: Dalston Heights. This quirky East London property is conveniently located only a very short distance from Hackney Downs Station and popular local meeting places such as the Hackney Empire.
Originally a cardboard box factory, Dalston Heights is now utilised for its commercial studio space for local creatives due to its rich textures, offering plenty of striking photographic backdrops. The building is also home to several residential flats, with a Tesco Express conveniently located on the ground floor.
We are currently working to renovate the building and offer hot desk and break out spaces, providing flexibility for small businesses. Developland are excited to share future progress of the development throughout 2021 and onwards. There are commercial units currently available for lease – to find out more please contact us.
