Overview

Developland acquired this stunning Grade II listed flour mill in 2018, which dates from the 1870s and overlooks the River Roding in Barking. Designed by award winning architecture firm Vine Architecture, planning permission was granted to convert the building into six residential apartments above A3/A4 commercial use on the ground floor. The stunning period conversion is now complete and fully let.
